Privacy, in plain English
The short version: I collect only what you type into the contact form, I use it to reply to you, and I don't sell or share it.
Who "we" are
Zohelp is a brand of Taft Partners, a Zoho consultancy in Denver, Colorado. On this page "I" is John Tytus, who runs it, and "we" is Taft Partners.
What the contact form collects
Your name, email address, company, phone number if you give one, and your message. Nothing else is asked for.
Why, and where it goes
To reply to you and, if we work together, to keep track of that work. The form saves your details into our Zoho CRM account, which is run by Zoho Corporation, and emails me a copy at once. The small Taft Partners team can see the CRM. I don't add you to a mailing list, and I don't sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing.
How long it is kept
As long as we are in touch or working together, and after that for as long as normal business records need it. Ask me to delete it and I will, unless the law requires me to keep it.
Analytics and cookies
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It sets no tracking cookies and doesn't follow you to other sites. There are no advertising trackers on this site. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which, like any web host, processes your IP address to deliver pages and block attacks, and may set a short-lived security cookie to do so.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what I hold about you, send a note through the contact form, or reply to any email from me. I'll confirm when it's done.
Changes
If this page changes, the date below changes with it.
