What I do

I've been consulting for 19 years. For the last 10 I've worked on Zoho.

The people I work with run small businesses: light manufacturing, real estate brokerage, software companies and plenty of others. They are usually already on Zoho, and something in it has stopped working for them.

Most of my work is in Zoho CRM, Books, Desk and Projects, and in getting them to work together as one system rather than four.

Why "done with AI"

AI has changed how fast I can work in Zoho: reading through a messy CRM, explaining and checking Deluge, building the small tools that tie apps together. Zohelp is where I bring that to the businesses I help, and where I write down what I learn.

I use these tools on my own business first. If something doesn't hold up there, it doesn't go near a client's account.
