Zohelp is growing! (Part 2)

In my last post I announced that Zohelp was expanding by adding a second office in Denver.   I am pleased to announce that Zohelp has joined the Zoho Partner Alliance.  Zoho might be characterized as “Salesforce for small businesses.”  What do we mean by this?  First of all, Zoho has just turned 10 years old and was always, and still is, truly cloud based.  There is no software to install, no internet settings to change in your browser…just sign in and go!   To give you an idea of what this means, consider a fully implemented Zoho CRM system.  You will have your data anywhere, anytime, and it will always be current.  You can access from a computer browser, tablet, or mobile phone and the data is always the same.  Enter a contact from anywhere and it will appear everywhere.  This level of cloud-based interactivity has been difficult for legacy systems to achieve.…

Zohelp is growing! (part 1)

I am very pleased to announce that Zohelp has opened a second office in Denver, Colorado.  We have had our main office in Cincinnati, Ohio since we started CRM consulting in 2007.  We focused mostly on regional sales, in-person training and onsite consulting.  With so many remote communications options on the market today, our reach is becoming more global.  This makes sense given the power of the cloud.

We are keeping our office in Cincinnati and will continue to provide CRM consulting services to current and new customers in the Ohio Valley Region.…
